19 Μαϊου 2011. Γιορτάζουμε σπίτι τα γένεθλια της κόρης μου με φίλες και φίλους μας, μικρούς και μεγάλους, απολαμβάνοντας μπύρες και τα κλασικά εορταστικά εδέσματα. Την Δευτέρα είχα ραντεβού για γαστροσκόπηση και εξετάσεις αίματος. Η διατροφή μου, η υγεία και κατ’ επέκταση όλη η ζωή μου αλλάζει από εκείνη την εβδομάδα.. συνέχεια

🇬🇷 Αγαπημένα σπαράγγια εποχής… απλά πάνε παντού 💚

Σπιτική Pesto με σπαράγγια και κάποια επιπλέον από πάνω, περασμένα στο τηγάνι, #χωρίςγλουτένη spaghetti, κομμάτια λιαστής τομάτας για έξτρα ένταση, παρμεζάνα και καβουρδισμένο αμύγδαλα.

Απόλαυση ξεχωριστή το τριήμερο που μόλις μας πέρασε και ένα πιάτο των 15-20 λεπτών που μαγεύει!

Gluten Free baking/cooking workshop in Thessaloniki organised by our local #celiac organisation.
An amazing experience and a quickly sold out event 💯.

🫶🏻So glad and honoured to demonstrate to a full hall of fellow celiacs my techniques for a #glutenfree shortcrust pie and offer to them 3 different savoury tarts (a classic Quiche Lorraine, one with a mix of goat feta & graviera (Greek Gruyère) with asparagus and a spicy veggie one 🔥

Also prepared and offered to the participants some quick GF & #vegan protein boosted crackers with nuts and sunflower protein @amino.animo , a recipe of mine, that was an amazing hit 💯

Μεγάλη μου χαρά αλλά και τιμή που ήμουν ένας από τους εισηγητές!
Παρέα με τους @nicklioggaris_chef και τα χειροποίητα νιόκι του, την Τζινα από το @fyc_thessaloniki με το American Brownie της και τις επαλείψεις @ritosfood , τη φίλη και ειδήμων της #χωρίςγλουτένη πίτας Ιουλία (θα ανεβάσω ξεχωριστό reel 😎) με τις δικές μου 3 διαφορετικές αλμυρές τάρτες (κλασική quiche, μια με σπαράγγια εποχής, κατσικίσια φέτα & γραβιέρα και μια spicy veggie) αλλά και τα υγιεινά protein boosted crackers μου με πρωτεΐνη ηλιόσπορου της @amino.animo Organic Protein #HappinessInside δείξαμε τεχνικές, μοιραστήκαμε ιδέες και προσφέραμε στους παρευρισκόμενους gluten free νοστιμιές !

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα!
