19 Μαϊου 2011. Γιορτάζουμε σπίτι τα γένεθλια της κόρης μου με φίλες και φίλους μας, μικρούς και μεγάλους, απολαμβάνοντας μπύρες και τα κλασικά εορταστικά εδέσματα. Την Δευτέρα είχα ραντεβού για γαστροσκόπηση και εξετάσεις αίματος. Η διατροφή μου, η υγεία και κατ’ επέκταση όλη η ζωή μου αλλάζει από εκείνη την εβδομάδα.. συνέχεια

A homemade zucchini no phyllo pie and a classic quiche Lorraine (as always with my #homemadeglutenfree dough), extra twist, topped with my father's garden grown juicy cherry tomatoes.
All gluten free, delicious and perfect 👌.

Ανάμεσα σε δημητριακά, μπισκότα, σοκολατοτεπαλειψεις, κεράσια, ξηρούς καρπούς κάνουν την εμφάνισή τους λάμποντας πραγματικά μια κολοκυθοπιτα χωρίς φύλλο και το αστέρι του πρωινούμας, μια πλούσια σπιτική, γαλλική quiche Lorraine με εξτρα on top, ζουμερά τοματίνια από το κτήμα του πατέρα!

When my #glutenfree diet meets her #dairyfree needs, a veggie vegan pizza is on our table 🔥

On my #homemadeglutenfree dough, they are spread in a special harmony of flavors, a tomato sauce made with my father's garden grown, bio tomatoes, garlic, oregano (hand picked and dried by us), basil, red pepper, shiitake mushrooms, onions, zucchini (from my dad's garden again), sprinkled with our own olive oil (oh yes, he has olive trees too).
Treasures from our ground 💚 on our table.

Croatia 2022, Schär Influencer Event ☀️

An amazing trip has reached its end!
So happy and honored to receive an invitation from Italy @schaerglutenfree to be a part of the amazing #schaerinfluencerevent2022 in #Tisno Croatia.

Four flights in total to get there and return back, a great deal of waiting time in between, a lot of hours wandering in Basel, a night in Split trying to find my hotel, without a map or data in my mobile.

To finally get to Tisno and amazing @oliviagreencamping to enjoy all the best moments...
From the classic #glutenfree @schaerglutenfree products all of us love, to tasting for the first time some new ones, from delicious meals to wine tasting in beautiful @barakawinery in Dalmatia, from interesting lectures to informative speeches, from creative workshops to a great treasure hunt... running up that hill 🙃 with or without a cocktail in our hands 😜, from creating our own new gluten free product for Schaer to trips with speed boats to a private island, kayaking and diving in the Croatian sea and of course best partying and some 😎... wine to sum it up.

But above all, with the best people 🤩

Thank you 🙏 @schaerglutenfree and all people involved for making this happen, prefectly prepared to the point👌, a big, special thanks to amazing @jukofler 🙌 and her perfect team and all Schär partners, the non-stop 💪 @greta_malti cheerful anastasiagrigoletto, lovely @sabisaby8 Alessia our amazing illustrator @la_papiroteca, @silvisdr, @elif_ates_eskin, @annamairspiess and all the rest 💕.

Sending a big hug 🤗 to all my new GF friends who met & connected with our heart, people from all around Europe sharing the same difficulties and problems but also smiles and successes in our gluten free lives.

Λουσμένα από τις ακτίνες του ήλιου στη φωτογραφία μου, τα κράκερ αυτά με συντροφεύουν διάφορες στιγμές της ημέρας ως σνακ ή παίρνοντας τη θέση του ψωμιού σε κάποιο γεύμα μου!
Δοκιμάστηκαν και με πρωτεΐνη αμυγδάλου αλλά και ηλιοσπορου για ένα κλικ πιο "χαμηλή ένταση" στο αποτέλεσμα! Το ίδιο σούπερ 👌
