19 Μαϊου 2011. Γιορτάζουμε σπίτι τα γένεθλια της κόρης μου με φίλες και φίλους μας, μικρούς και μεγάλους, απολαμβάνοντας μπύρες και τα κλασικά εορταστικά εδέσματα. 🇬🇷 Χθες, 4 Δεκεμβρίου, ήταν η παγκόσμια ημέρα μπισκότου - αλλά είπα να τη γιορτάσω με μία μέρα καθυστέρηση, έτσι για να αποφύγω την πιθανή… επιμόλυνση από όλες εκείνες τις gluten full συνταγές που κατέκλυσαν τα social 😅

Έτσι λοιπόν για το καλό, μοιράζομαι με ατελείωτη μπισκοτοαγάπη μαζί σας 5 φωτογραφίες και τις αντίστοιχες αγαπημένες, πάντα δοκιμασμένες #χωρίςγλουτένη συνταγές μου (3 + 2 έξτρα χριστουγεννιάτικες), που δεν απογοήτευσαν ποτέ κανέναν.

Όσοι τις έχουν δοκιμάσει ξέρουν - από τον φούρνο μέχρι το τελευταίο ψίχουλο… μπισκότα που τα εξαφανίζουν όλοι. Ναι, ακόμη και «οι άλλοι»😉

Of scourse… I had to visit both spots and the reason is pretty obvious 😉

From the iconic grilled cheese enjoyed in the cozy inner yard of the first Aera spot, to savoury scones I took back to my hotel.
From the perfect bread loaves to the decadent cookies paired with great coffee at the new Blue spot (plus a few extra treats for the road) - everything was truly stunning.

Such a pleasure meeting you, Ava - keep up your amazing work!

Aera (Fasanenstraße 74) - the first bakery with its signature inner yard.
Aera Blue (Rosenthaler Str. 72) - the newer café and pastry spot, with elevated bakes, the best cookies, in its special, beautiful blue atmosphere.
