19 Μαϊου 2011. Γιορτάζουμε σπίτι τα γένεθλια της κόρης μου με φίλες και φίλους μας, μικρούς και μεγάλους, απολαμβάνοντας μπύρες και τα κλασικά εορταστικά εδέσματα. Την Δευτέρα είχα ραντεβού για γαστροσκόπηση και εξετάσεις αίματος. Η διατροφή μου, η υγεία και κατ’ επέκταση όλη η ζωή μου αλλάζει από εκείνη την εβδομάδα.. συνέχεια

🇬🇷 Με τις τελευταίες, «αληθινές» σε γεύση τομάτες από το κτήμα του πατέρα μου, μια υπέροχη #χωρίςγλουτένη τάρτα με μια βουτυρένια GF βάση quiche, για ένα τελευταίο αντίο στο καλοκαίρι, στο Σεπτέμβρη που φεύγει και σε όλες γεύσεις και τις εικόνες τους, που μας αφήνουν πλέον για τα καλά.

Στην rustic εκδοχή της - galette, την ετοιμάσαμε και φυσικά απολαύσαμε παρέα με τους φίλους στην Αθήνα και στην Θεσσαλονίκη, στα αντίστοιχα workshops που είχαμε οργανώσει πέρσι!

Το ο,τι δεν έχει να ζηλέψει τίποτα από τις συμβατικές, μπορούν να σας το επιβεβαιώσουν όλοι όσοι την γεύτηκαν!

Summer is over... but memories are still so vivid

Summer is over... but memories are still so vivid 🇮🇹 .

📸 Moments from our road trip, one day excursion from Verona to Südtirol (South Tyrol/Alto Adige) this summer.
This province in northeast Italy with its unique blend of German and Italian culture is a truly beautiful region that is definitely worth touring around for a few days.

Starting with a coffee in Piazza Walther in Bolzano (1 & 2) with its Bavarian style, exploring the heart of the ancient city and Via dei Portici, the central shopping street of the city (3)

A stop by the beautiful Piazza delle Erbe, to smell, feel, taste and buy some local delicacies and herbs (4 & 5)

Time for a break, a GF snack 😎 and some local… 🥂 bubbles 🤩(6)

Couldn’t miss paying a quick visit to @schaerglutenfree headquarters too, just a few minute’s drive from Bolzano (7-10)

Time to head back… Amazing vineyards, breathtaking views during our return trip, avoiding the autostrada and taking this time “La strada del vino” in Alto Adige. A stop at a lovely small winery @weingut_dominikus (thank you L. for the amazing tip 🙌), to enjoy the scenery, taste and of course buy some wines with the best lake views of Kalterer See/Lake Kaltern (11-14).
Couldn’t miss buying some #senzaglutine local products too - lucky me, my wife spotted the last ones (15)

Our perfect day had the appropriate culinary end, with a lovely dinner in Bardolino @lunico.bardolino restaurant at Lake Garda, with a great GF menu (16) and a delicious #glutenfree lobster pasta (17) amongst other dishes!

But, listen to me, do yourself a favor, do the extra 10 minute drive from Verona center to visit the @baciodicioccolato … and you can thank me later 😎

Can’t recommend this pasticceria enough! A great range of fresh sweet & savoury #senzaglutine baked goods and desserts, will be there to fulfill your GF dreams!

Everything we tasted was so delicious but the Bombolone alla crema was truly exceptional 👌🏼
