19 Μαϊου 2011. Γιορτάζουμε σπίτι τα γένεθλια της κόρης μου με φίλες και φίλους μας, μικρούς και μεγάλους, απολαμβάνοντας μπύρες και τα κλασικά εορταστικά εδέσματα. Την Δευτέρα είχα ραντεβού για γαστροσκόπηση και εξετάσεις αίματος. Η διατροφή μου, η υγεία και κατ’ επέκταση όλη η ζωή μου αλλάζει από εκείνη την εβδομάδα.. συνέχεια

The story of a celiac and the best Gluten Free croissants in Amsterdam… 🤩

When I was diagnosed with #celiacdisease 11years ago, I slowly accepted the fact that some foods could never be enjoyed the same way.

My fellow #celiac or 100% #glutenfree friends understand me really well.

Croissants 🥐 are definitely a holy grail and I simply erased from my memory the amazing feeling of eating a true, flaky, buttery croissant.

Well I was wrong. Totally wrong!
Visiting the 💯 GF Bakery pastry @craftcoffeeandpastry was simply an apocalypse. Truly unbelievable!
Photos, stories and reel speak for themselves.

So nice to have met and spoken to Sherida, Noortje(sorry if I misspelled your name😎) and Eline, who welcomed & served us with a big smile, their AMAZING, OUT OF THIS WORLD CROISSANTS and their other pastry products in this beautiful place.

Thank you all and a big thanks as well to the baker, creator behind of all these exceptional for us products.

Croissant 🥐 my love, I wish we can meet again soon!

I had so many spots on my list but since I visited Rotterdam and Utrecht too, I had to leave enough of them for a next time (I have some GF tips for these 2 cities as well)

🇬🇷 Μια πρώτη μου βόλτα μου, σε αναζήτηση #χωρίςγλουτένη επιλογών στην Αγορά Μοδιάνο.

- Φρέσκιες σαλάτες με τα αγαπημένα σας υλικά ή έτοιμο, υπέροχο χ.γλ.(με σήμανση) bowl από τον @freskoulis @welovesalads_byfreskoulis

- Pure, Natural & Gluten Free στο @wildsoulsgr με βούτυρα καρπών, πεντανόστιμες επιλογές σε χαλβά (τι να πρωτοδιαλέξεις 🙄) προϊόντα χ. γλ. #sugarfree & #vegan

- Σούπερ επιλογές για εμάς, στο αγαπημένο @olicatessen_skg σε σοκολάτες και πεντανόστιμα ελληνικά deli προϊόντα με σήμανση.

- Ζαχαρωτά και.. αλλά ζαχαρωτά 🤩 με ξεκάθαρη σήμανση αλλεργιόνων από την Camelot @makedonika_zacharodi

- Συσκευασμένα, κατεψυγμένα, burgers, προμαγειρεμένος γύρος (προσοχή μόνο αυτός με κοτόπουλο) με σήμανση, από την @farma_elassonas

- Και τέλος, 3-4 υπέροχες, πεντανόστιμες επιλογές σε πιάτα από την φύση τους χωρίς γλουτένη με υλικά της αγαπημένης @trata.greece. Εκεί, στον όμορφο χώρο τους, έκατσα να ξαποστάσω (σούπερ εξυπηρέτηση απο την Μαρία 🙏), απόλαυση με ένα κρασάκι και μια πατατοσαλάτα με καπνιστή ρέγγα και διαφορά καλούδια, συνοδεία ενός μαγικού ταραμά - χωρίς ψωμί εννοείται (εγγύηση 👌το όνομα του @papoutsakis_man στην επιμέλεια του menu)

Αυτά και... έπονται και άλλα σημεία θέλω να πιστεύω προς εξερεύνηση και προσθήκη στη λίστα μου.
